METHOD OF PAYMENT

As soon as your order is placed, the amount is charged to your account. To cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund you directly to your account. Easy returns: if an item is not to your liking, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund.

The following payments are accepted:

You can pay with Visa Mastercard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is charged to your card once you place the order.

Payment applications

You can pay by payment application: via Paypal, Alipay, Apple pay (mobile) and Android pay (mobile).

This implies that no banking information concerning the Customer passes through the site www.dimensioncachee.com

The payment is therefore secured by the partners in charge of managing financial transactions.

The order will be recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment by the banking service.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

For more details on your 14-day right of return, please visit the return policy section of the site. This section details your statutory cancellation rights.

You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if you notify us in writing as set out below that you are exercising this right of cancellation no later than fourteen working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your goods.

Please note that if the returned items are damaged or not returned, we will be entitled to claim compensation for any losses that may be incurred.

If your items are defective or do not match the description given on the website, we will refund the amount of your order for those items. For more information about returning your items to our warehouse, please refer to the Return Policy section of this site.

We recommend that returned goods be shipped via insured traceable delivery for your protection.

Occasionally, an order or part of an order may be cancelled by our system for a variety of reasons. These include, but are not limited to, the following reasons

– Item(s) not available

– Difficulty processing your payment information

– Unable to ship to the address provided

– A duplicate order was placed

Delivery times are given as an indication. Please note that delivery to a remote rural address may take longer.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

The prices of the products are expressed in Euros, including all taxes and excluding customs duties. For the orders outside the EU, the customs duties are at the charge of the client.

DIMENSION CACHEE cannot be held responsible for any action and / or costs and / or taxes and / or delays due to the customs on which it has no control.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery times are given as an indication and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs clearance delays. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders are fully traceable via ups.com

FIRST ORDER POLICY

For security reasons, DIMENSION CACHEE reserves the right to ship first time orders to the cardholder’s billing address or verified work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please be sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when ordering.

INSURANCE

DIMENSION CACHEE insures each purchase during the time of transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you also agree that the signature of the third party is sufficient proof of delivery.

ORDER STATUS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

DIMENSION CACHEE has a 14 days return policy: you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to send it back to our return center for a refund or an exchange.

Any claims regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label etc.), using the documents provided in the package. If you have any questions, you can send an email to contact@dimensioncachee.com.

The product(s) must be returned to :

Any package returned after the prescribed delay will be refused and sent back to the sender. The costs and risks related to the return of the Product(s) are the responsibility of the sender.

For the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, intact, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

The client does not have to justify the reasons for his return or pay any penalties, except for the return fees and any potential customs duties.

DIMENSION CACHEE cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or deterioration of the package. The parcels for which the identification of the client (name, first name, address and return code) is not possible will be refused.

Upon receipt of the returned Product(s) by the Customer, the customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please return your items and simply place a new order for the item you are interested in at dimensioncachee.com

REFUNDS

If the complete order is returned, the refund will include DIMENSION CACHEE’s standard shipping costs. For this purpose, the customer inserts the delivery invoice indicating the tracking number of the package in the return package. DIMENSION CACHEE will reimburse to the Client the sums paid by him and corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (thus excluding possible customs duties), within a maximum delay of 14 days by bank transfer to the account used with the credit card bearing the name of the client.

Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced due to your having handled the goods more than necessary.

– Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with the return information label.

– Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.

– All products delivered in their own box, including packaging, shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original undamaged box, as they are considered part of the product.

– Please be sure to return large products that come in their own box inside another sturdy cardboard box so as not to damage the original packaging.

QUALITY

If an item received is classified as defective and has been damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
